When you call Dennis Hoffman, you will see the time, care and dedication he puts into servicing you. If you need an estimate, Dennis will make an appointment with you at your convenience. Dennis will listen to your ideas, discuss your irrigation needs in depth, explain the various products and irrigation methods available, make recommendations, and plan a system that best meets your individual needs. Based on this meeting, Dennis will give you an estimate, and answer any questions you may have. Once we are given the opportunity, the installation process begins.
We ask that you be there during the install to insure you get exactly what you want. When that day arrives, Dennis, along with his crew will be there to begin the work. Dennis oversees the crew, and making sure that all systems are installed with the needs of the customer as their first priority. He will discuss the areas to be covered and the areas not to be included, as well as any special arrangements such as,drip systems, location of controllers, rain gauge and other system components.

Dennis Hoffman utilizes a special piece of equipment specifically designed to allow installation of all the irrigation pipe underneath your existing landscape with a minimum of disruption. This machine, will dig a narrow trench allowing the pipe to be layed. The machine digs a straight & narrow trench, just wide enough for the pipe to fit. Within a few weeks after the installation, you'll never be able to detect that the trench was there.
When the installation is complete, Dennis will show you how the system works, including the use of the controller, as well as the location of the system components. No payment will be necessary until you are completely satisfied with the work that was done. This is the cornerstone of our satisfaction guarantee. The system is also covered by a 2-5 year guarantee against defects in material and workmanship.
